In the app
Open APEX ERP and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. You may be asked to re-enter your password to confirm the request.
Without the app
No longer have the app installed? Request deletion by emailing info@elitearcpath.co.ug (subject pre-filled: “APEX ERP account deletion request”) or calling +256703353316. Tell us your workplace/instance name and your username so we can verify your identity — either directly against your registered account email, or through your employer's administrator.
What gets deleted vs retained
We delete your user account and personal identifiers. Business records already posted into your employer's books — invoices, stock movements, journal entries, and similar — are your employer's records, not yours personally, and stay in their APEX instance after your account is deleted.
Timeline
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days — pending owner confirmation of this timeline.
