Who we are
Elite Arch Path Systems Ltd, based in Kampala, Uganda, is the developer and operator of the APEX platform and the APEX ERP mobile app. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@elitearcpath.co.ug or +256703353316.
Scope
This policy covers the APEX ERP mobile app for iOS and Android. It does not cover this website — our website privacy policy lives at elitearcpath.co.ug/privacy. The two policies cross-link to each other so you can find whichever one applies to you.
The business context
APEX ERP connects to a dedicated, isolated APEX instance operated for your employer — our customer. Accounts are created by your employer's administrator; there is no public sign-up. For data your employer controls inside its instance, your employer is the data controller, and Elite Arch Path Systems Ltd processes that data to provide the service.
Data the app collects and why
This table is the single source of truth for our Apple App Privacy labels and our Play Data safety form — we fill it in here first, then copy it into both store forms.

What we do not do:
- No advertising
- No tracking across other apps or websites
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties
- No third-party analytics SDKs
Where data lives & security
Your data lives in your employer's own private, isolated database — never shared or mixed with another company's data. Connections are encrypted end to end (HTTPS only). We run daily automatic cloud backups and manage disaster recovery.
Retention & deletion
We retain your data while your employer's service agreement with us is active. You (or your employer) can request account deletion — see our account deletion page. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a confirmed request — pending owner confirmation of this timeline. You can also reach us directly at info@elitearcpath.co.ug.
Your rights & choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data. Because accounts are provisioned by your employer, some requests are routed through your employer's administrator — we help either way. Contact info@elitearcpath.co.ug to get started.
Permissions the app asks for
- Camera & photo library — to attach photos or files to a record, only when you choose to.
- Notifications — to alert you about tasks, approvals, and messages.
(To confirm against the app's current manifest/Info.plist before filing with Apple/Google.)
Children
APEX ERP is a business tool for employees of our customers. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we do.
Our commitment
Your data is yours — we will never share it with anyone. Ever.
