Terms of Service

These terms cover the implementation, hosting, training, and ongoing support services Elite Arch Path Systems Ltd provides for the APEX platform, as agreed in your service proposal or contract.

You agree to provide a project sponsor, make your team available for configuration and training, and share the business and domain knowledge we need to set up your instance correctly.

Your one-time implementation investment covers setup, installation, and training. Ongoing annual maintenance — support, updates, and database administration — begins in Year 2.

Any custom work beyond the agreed scope is always quoted and agreed with you before we start — no surprise charges.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we do.
