Who builds and owns APEX?

APEX is designed, engineered, owned, and supported by Elite Arch Path Systems Ltd — a Ugandan smart-technology company building software and hardware. We are the authors and operators of the platform end to end, not a reseller.

How long does implementation take?

Installation is one day. We then run three days of free hands-on training, on-site and remote, before you go live. Ongoing maintenance and support continue after that.

Do we need our own servers or IT staff?

No. We provision, host, and manage your APEX instance, so you do zero IT work. Cloud hosting, daily automatic backups, and disaster recovery are handled by us.

Where is our data stored and who can see it?

Your APEX instance is a dedicated, isolated database — never shared or mixed with another company's data. Connections are encrypted end to end, with daily automatic cloud backups and disaster recovery managed by us. Your data is yours; we will never share it with anyone, ever.

Yes. APEX issues automated, compliant EFRIS e-invoices directly to URA, with no manual portal entry. It also reconciles URA-held stock against your local stock, product by product.

Pricing is a bespoke quote based on your users and scope, so we don't publish a price list. Every plan is a one-time implementation investment plus annual maintenance from Year 2, with all modules included for every named user and no per-module licences.

How do I delete my APEX ERP account?
